My wife and I met Adriane on our first house hunting trip in Grand Lake back in 2001. We looked at several properties before choosing one. Since then, Adriane has sold our first house (at asking price) and we have purchased another home from her in Grand County . Once again, the sale of our old home as well as the purchase of the new home went smoothly with no hitches.
